Now available from Stratco throughout New Zealand, ALUCODUAL® is a pre-coated, engineered solid sheet made from two or three layers of laminated aluminum skins, offering exceptional flatness that standard post-coated sheets often can't match. The product is manufactured through a multi-coat, multi-bake process on a continuous industrial-grade coil coating line. It uses the highest quality fluorocarbon-based PVDF/FEVE paint system, meeting AAMA 2605 specifications for superior exterior performance, ensuring long-term durability and reliability.About this product
Compared to a single sheet of aluminum of the same thickness, ALUCODUAL® panels provide greater stiffness and rigidity. This enhanced structural stability enables the use of larger cassettes and panels, reducing the number of joints and lowering overall costs. Furthermore, the material's flexibility in forming 3D shapes and intricate geometric patterns makes it highly versatile for a wide range of architectural applications.
